Welcome to First Grade!

 My name is Mrs. Roberts and I am the first grade teacher.  This will be my 8th year at Westhope School and my 19th year teaching.  I love learning and growing with my students!

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. I will be working on my Masters Degree from University of Jamestown this coming summer. I have taught grades 1, 2, 4, and 5 but my heart is truly in the primary grades. 

I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.  I miss my family and friends but definitely not the humidity! After leaving FL, I lived in Texas for 7 years.  My husband and I have two son and a daughter.  In my spare time I enjoy baking and watching HGTV.  Some of my favorites include coffee, mexican food, and online shopping.  I am looking forward to a bright year!
